How This Site Works
HighLevel Reviews is an independent editorial project with no ties to HighLevel or Trustpilot. Here's a straightforward look at where our data comes from and how we handle it.
What counts as a positive review
We define a Positive Trustpilot Review as any review rated 4 or 5 stars. Sections labeled as "positive" contain nothing but reviews meeting that bar, and we mark them accordingly.
Where our data comes from
Trustpilot figures shown here — star rating, review count, rating breakdown, and review text — are pulled from HighLevel's public Trustpilot profile through a server-side connection to Trustpilot's official API, then stored in our own database.
Community Pulse scores and Community Reviews, on the other hand, are collected directly on this site and have nothing to do with the official TrustScore.
How often data gets refreshed
A server-side job periodically re-syncs our Trustpilot data. We always display the real date and time of the last successful sync (labeled "Last data sync") right next to the numbers — we never fake a timestamp or claim something is "live" when it isn't.
Since reviews on the original platform can be edited or taken down, each sync updates existing records and removes any that no longer exist at the source.
Trustpilot vs. community scores
Our community ratings and Trustpilot's official TrustScore are calculated completely separately and shouldn't be read as the same metric. We never blend the two data sets, and votes cast here never feed back into the Trustpilot rating.
How voting works
Each visitor gets one active vote (up or down), tracked using an anonymous ID generated in their browser. Changing your vote updates that existing record rather than creating a duplicate. On our end, we enforce uniqueness checks, rate limits, and basic validation — no personal information is ever collected just to cast a vote.
How community reviews are moderated
Reviews submitted through this site start out with a pending status and stay hidden from public view until approved. From there, a review can move to approved or rejected. We don't use labels like "Verified" since we have no identity-verification process in place.
Flagging content or requesting corrections
Every community review includes a menu with a Report review option you can use to flag content that's abusive, fake, or misleading. Every report gets a manual human review.
We don't edit Trustpilot reviews in any way — each one keeps a "View original" link back to its source. If you'd like something you submitted here corrected or removed, that same reporting tool is the right way to reach us.
